Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund Period

Cancellations made before the late booking deadline for an event will receive a full refund minus administrative fees (£15 processing fee).

Late Cancellation Review

Cancellations made after the late booking deadline but more than 24 hours before the event start time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be offered at our discretion, taking into account:

  • Reason for cancellation
  • Notice period provided
  • Our ability to re-allocate the plot
  • Costs already incurred

No Refund Period

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time will not be refunded unless there are exceptional mitigating circumstances, such as:

  • Serious illness or injury (medical evidence required)
  • Family emergency or bereavement
  • Circumstances beyond your reasonable control

Administrative Fees

All approved refunds will be subject to a £15 administrative processing fee to cover our costs.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at traders@menhirsfate.com with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.

Alternative Arrangements

If you cannot attend but have already paid, you may:

  • Transfer your booking to another trader (subject to approval and a £10 transfer fee)
  • Transfer your booking to a future event (subject to availability and price differences)

Our Commitment

This policy helps us manage costs and losses associated with last-minute cancellations while maintaining fairness for all traders. We will always consider genuine hardship cases sympathetically.
